All GOODS Sold by Stamps n All and via the Internet carry a 100% satisfaction warranty (unless otherwise stated, i.e. CLEARANCE ITEMS which are NON-RETURNABLE), if for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us in writing (email acceptable)
With in 7 working days of receipt of goods. All sales receipt carry a copy of our terms and conditions and constitute as notification under the Direct Distant selling regulations

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & RETURN OF GOODS UNDER DSR Regulations
1. All goods sold will be as advertised. If for any reason goods are unavailable to buyer will be notified of this and the reason why, then may be offered if possible an alternative item, if this is not possible the sale will then be deemed as cancelled.
2. All returns must be authorised and a returns number obtained
3. VERY IMPORTANT WHEN RETURNING GOODS FROM OUTSIDE UK. All packets must be endorsed – “GOODS BEING RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE – RETURNS No ………..” Items not so endorsed and if a Customs fee has been levied. Such packages will be returned to sender.
4. FOR EXCHANGES. Items listed on eBay as “Free P&P”, this refers to 1st item only as per listing. Exchanges require additional P&P. Buyers will be notified of amount required during course of communications.
5. A copy of the sales receipt& covering note must be included. Items returned without any paperwork, refunds / exchanged will be delayed while transactions are traced
6. Clients cancelling their purchase under this DSR are required to return the goods to us at their expense (DSR Para 3.55) in the condition they were received along with all original packaging and clothing tags. We request all goods to be returned within 14 days of cancellation. We recommend goods be returned via a service that requires a signature upon delivery and you retain a proof of posting. Please send a copy of the receipt and letter.
7. Items returned for refunds from eBay - An unpaid case would be opened on eBay, please complete the request email. This registers the cancelled sale with eBay. No action is taken against your account (unless you ignore it) and then I am refunded item sold fees. Refunds will only be paid after this has been completed.
8. Clients not returning goods will be charged all fees incurred for their recovery (DSR Para 3.60) and will be in breach of their statutory duty (DSR Para 3.63)
9. All NEW goods sold carry Manufacturers warranties. Any item/s mistreated, (Includes incorrect cleaning of swimming goggles {i.e. metallic lens coatings} against manufacturers instructions) then these warranties will be deemed null and void.
10. All goods purchased. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of cleared payments, except holidays when a holiday warning notice will appear on the listing and website home page. If for any unforeseen reason goods cannot be dispatched within 30days the order will be cancelled and all moneys refunded and the client notified.
11. DSR gives consumers an unconditional right to cancel an order. This is to allow the consumer the opportunity to examine the goods or consider the nature of a service. If a consumer cancels an order, WRITTEN NOTICE must be given to us (emails acceptable: to stampsnall@yahoo.co.uk, phone calls are not acceptable for cancellation):
12. GOODS – 7 working days from the day after that on which the consumer receives the goods
13. SERVICES – 7 working days from the day after that on which the consumer agrees to go ahead with the contract
14. Faulty goods. Items damaged or broken in transit. Please advise us immediately on receipt, please retain packaging from damaged goods, this may be required for inspection by Postal Authorities. We will then offer a replacement if possible or full refund. We also request you return the faulty / damaged goods if requested. We will require faulty goods to be returned to us for inspection prior to replacement. Returns will be at our expense via a service agreed between client and us. Any additional postal expenses incurred will be refunded after goods have been returned
15. The consumer has a duty under the DSR to take reasonable care of the goods throughout the cancellation period. With clothing hygiene seals must not be removed (DSR Para’s 3.44, 3.45)
16. Consumers returning goods not in the condition received or damaged we reserve the right to claim damages for breach of your statutory right (DSR Para 3.62).
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & RETURN OF GOODS OUTSIDE DSR Regulations
1. See points 2 to 5 above
2. The buyer emails us in the FIRST instance BEFORE returning and we are notified within 10 working days of receipt of goods
3. All goods MUST be returned in the condition as dispatched. Any goods altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
4. The goods ARE NOT AS DESCRIBED and we are notified within 10 working days of receipt of goods
5. Goods (if accepted by us) - That are as described - will be subject to a fee of 20% of value of goods for restocking
6. All new clothing (if accepted for refund) can only be returned in condition supplied – i.e. WITH ORIGINAL TAGS still attached and original product packaging
7. The buyer pays the return postage unless arranged PRIOR TO the item being returned.
8. Postal / shipping charges will not be refunded as Royal Mail and Parcel Force no longer refund these charges when claims are paid. Cost of goods only will be paid.
9. RETURNS must be received with in 14 days of returns no being issued.
Accepted Payment Methods
1. ALL Payments are due within 7 days of date of end of auction unless otherwise agreed. Reminders will be sent after 7 days. All non-payers will receive an eBay warning and we will file for FVF refund.
2. NOTE. We do not accept IBAN Transfers or Direct Bank Transfers due to High Charges imposed by UK Banks.
3. The only 3 forms of payment I accept are. Unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance.
4. PAYPAL preferred in all cases. NOTE if paying using e-cheque via Paypal, this form of payment can take up to 10 working days to clear.
5. CHEQUES - Drawn ONLY on a UK Banks in Sterling. Please allow up to 10 days for this. Overseas - Paypal Only. If you wish to offer payment by other method/s please email / telephone me first.
6. No goods are shipped until payment method has cleared. Note Para 4 & 6 above.
7. No other forms of payment accepted unless authorised. Any buyer paying by other methods will the have their payment returned.
